I am so sorry for not keeping you up to date on what has been going on! My husband has been off of work and we have been working hard on getting everyone in the family on a schedule. Monday he returns and he is not looking forward to it. He has expressed how hard it is leaving me and the kids. I totally understand and we will miss him just as much! DADDY WE LOVE YOU

Starting this past week Ty and Tayleigh started riding the bus with tanner. Tanner was so surprised and loved it! I thought Ty would say he didn’t want to since it is a short bus. But he was excited and hasn’t expressed any signs of not wanting to go.

Last Friday we went out to dinner at Logans as a family. This was the first time we went out as a family. You should have seen us in the waiting room with everyone trying to count how many babies we have. Once we were seating it was great. The babies were sleeping and the big kids enjoyed every minute of it.

Saturday we gave everyone a bath. This was the first real tub experience. None of the kids even cried. My mom undressed the babies. My husband filled the tub and emptied the tub. I washed the babies. My mother in law dried the babies off and dressed them. It was like an assembly line. Everyone had their job and no getting off track! Too funny

Then my mother in law watched the babies so we could take the big kids to Hubers. We had a great time. We danced and listened to a band. Then we went to their grocery and bought home-grown groceries. Then we went and played games. This is something that we do every year as a family. The older kids had been talking about it and how we are going to have to skip it this year. They were so surprised when they found out we were going.

Then we went to the eye doctors. Total disaster. The appointment was for 5 o’clock and at 6pm they finally started out appointment. Let me inform you the 6 o’clock is feeding time. The big kids havent eaten either. As we were leaving the secretary said we can set you up for next week and I said that’s fine but not a 5  o’clock appointment. She said give me a call tomorrow and we will work something out. I called and she could only get us in at 5 o’clock or we would have to wait for another 2 1/2 weeks. That would be fine but they have to be seen every 7 days.  At 7:15 we were finally leaving. We still had to feed, bath, and do homework.  Lets put it simple we found another eye doctor.

We also put the babies in the swing for the first time. We put them in there when it was about feeding time when everyone is moving around. We put the babies in the swings and they went right back to sleep. I hope this works everytime!

Last night we put the babies in one crib and let them sleep together for the first time. I thought just maybe they would sleep longer. That didnt work but they did enjoy sleeping together.

The babies are up to eatting 3 ounces of formula now. They all weigh 5 pounds. They are getting full faces and little round tummies. It is soo cute!

Well I am attaching some new pics hope you enjoy them.

Daddy we love you and we will miss you! We will be waiting at the door waiting for you to come home with hugs and kisses!

About quintsofkentuckiana

Hello and Welcome to the Kessinger-Clark Family! My name is Christy and my wonderful husbands name is Bill. We currently have three children. Ty is 9 yrs old, Tayleigh is 5 yrs old, and Tanner is 2 yrs old. Tanner has Down Syndrome but is the light of our family! My husband works as a IT network administrator and I quit working as a HR Manager when Tanner was 6 months old due to him being the hospital so many times. We decided to have just one more child but found out we are expecting QUINTUPLETS. No we did not do invetro or see an RE doctor. I had my IUD taken out, took some medication that was herbal and over the counter, and medicine for enlarged ovaries. But the medication was at the lowest doseage. Now we are trying to figure out how we are going to manage such a large family!

Loved seeing the pics! It looks like you guys are doing great! I know Dad will hate being gone during the day, but think how exciting it will be when he hits the door in the evening!

I am so happy to see that you and your family got to get out some. I know it made the “big kids” happy to continue with the Huber’s tradition. Looked like Mom and Dad enjoyed too. Still thinking of you all and saying lots of prayers. Will let you know as soon as I can drive again in case I could be of help. I go to Dr again tomorrow. Thanks for the wonderful photos, I loved them.

I’ve been thinking about you and your family and wondering how you were adjusting. It sounds like you guys are doing great. I am so happy you have such a great support system and are getting to keep up with the family traditions for your older childern. It’s also great to be able to take babies on a successful outing. It sure is a big confidence booster. It is a lot of trial and error, but it sounds like you guys are finding your groove. Thanks for sharing the pictures, everybody looks so happy.
